Unfortunately, orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes may take slightly longer to arrive.

*Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is only available to Mainland UK and orders arrive the next day when placed by 11 pm Sunday to Friday and 6 pm Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Next day delivery will not be offered at checkout for any excluded areas such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes.

Claims will be considered for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date for standard tracked delivery and 5 days for Next Day orders.

We will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place, with a neighbour or delivered to a forwarding agency address. Vitaloura UK is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen package claims of orders addressed to a parcel forwarding company. Vitaloura UK is under no obligation to offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing.
