Shipping policy
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Options & Timescales

Free standard tracked delivery on all orders over £20.
3. Next Day Delivery Next Day Delivery is available to Mainland UK only. Orders placed by 11pm Sunday to Friday and 6pm Saturday will arrive the next day, excluding Bank Holidays. Next Day Delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and certain England/Scotland Border postcodes.
4. Remote Areas Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes may take slightly longer to arrive.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
6. Lost or Missing Orders Claims for lost items will be considered 10 working days after the latest expected delivery date for standard tracked delivery, and 5 working days for Next Day orders.
We will not accept liability for lost orders if you have selected for your parcel to be left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or delivered to a forwarding agency address. Vitaloura UK is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages addressed to a parcel forwarding company and is under no obligation to offer replacements or refunds in such cases.
