Refund policy
Our Returns Policy We want you to love your Vitaloura products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, cosmetic and skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Return
- Email us at servet@fornium.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to our returns address.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used cosmetic and skincare products (unless faulty)
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
